Canyoning is an excellent activity for adventurers. You can start canyoning from the age of 8 upwards, and there are different courses for all ages, from beginners to experts. Canyoning involves jumping off rocks into deep gullies, sliding down natural slides and abseiling down canyons. There are 2 canyons on Lake Annecy; Montmin & Angon, and both offer sensational outings!
For families, outings are organized to a magnificent, quieter canyon in the heart of the Bauges. Top Tip – We’re working with Hydrogène-sports, Monté Medio and Takamaka to offer our customers a small discount on canyoning. Come to reception to take advantage!

For mountain biking, there are different options depending on whether you want to go it alone, take a guided tour or go cross-country or downhill. For downhill biking, head for the La Clusaz resorts of Le Semnoz or La Sambuy. For cross-country, leave directly from the campsite and take the Faverges loop trail, or take your bike up to the magnificent Col De Aravis and take the cross-country course, which takes you on a trail with fantastic views of Mont Blanc. Tip – From the campsites, there’s a free bus service in July and August that takes you and your bike to La Sambuy. You can then take the chairlift to the summit and cycle down, then cross-country back to the campsite!
