Hikes to the Combe de La Sambuy

On sunny days, La Sambuy attracts hikers in search of height and wide open spaces. Several walks are accessible up here to children and novice walkers which start from the top of the chairlift, from the Sambuy valley. You will cross magnificent alpine pastures and have the opportunity to taste local products, notably goat cheese on the Bouchasse farm. Half-hour guided walks are organized every day (except Wednesday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. You can also join a group for a 2-hour hike on a Tuesday or Friday morning, organized by a local guide who will share with you the secrets of the ecosystems around you.

The Summer Luge at La Sambuy

In La Sambuy, luge can be enjoyed by adults and children. Get ready to hit the 600m long track with your children (from 1.05m) and to scream with utter throat while tackling each of the 9 turns. The summer toboggan run is open daily in high season from 11:00 to 19:00.

La Sambuy ski resort

Located 22 km from Annecy campsites, in the Faverges valley, La Sambuy-Seythenex is a small family ski resort.
