Introducing our Fontaines team
André
Founder of Le Camping
André, the founder of Camping les Fontaines, and father of Olivier and Damien. He’s the campsite grocer, getting up early every morning to bake the bread.
He likes it when the campsite is quiet. In winter André indulges his passion: concrete!
Olivier
Campsite co-manager
Olivier, co-manager of the campsite. He was born and raised in Annecy. He’s lived here all his life. In summer, Oliv “is between the reception and the rest of the campsite, and you’ll recognize him by his Segway and dreamy hair. Olivier has a twin brother, Damien, who is co-manager of the campsite, and who looks after the La Ravoire campsite. Of a cheerful nature, Oliv” often sings out loud. What he particularly likes: working on the campsite in winter, his family with his 2 boys Marius and Gaston, and of course his faithful dog Helmut!
Elise
Manager Reception
Elise has been working at reception since 2014. She’s a native of the end of Lake Annecy and loves showing people around. Following numerous trips to Europe, she speaks English, Danish and a little German. Elise has two children aged 13 and 15 and lives in Giez, 8 km away, from where she comes to the campsite by bike whenever she can. Elise is always smiling and will be there to guide you during your stay.
Mathilde
Animation and communications manager
Mathilde, originally from Lille, has lived here since 2012. She’s in charge of the campsite reception, making sure that holidaymakers and staff have a pleasant season. You’ll often come across her with her two sons, Marius and Gaston. Mathilde loves picnics by the lake, bike rides and wakeboarding. In winter, she prepares the schedule of events for the following season and is passionate about the layout of the premises, with her little decorative touches.
Seb
Maintenance Manager
Seb, a former camper and lover of the region, decided to settle here with his wife after several years of vacationing at Camping Les Fontaines. He’s become our Swiss Army knife! In the summer, Seb is the first to intervene in the event of a gas failure or any other minor problem in the accommodation. He also looks after the swimming pools, sanitary facilities and green spaces. In winter, he works alongside the team to get the job done. A true field enthusiast!
Véronique
Accountant for the Campings Annecy group
Véro grew up next door to Les Fontaines campsite and worked there as a summer job when she was a law student. After giving birth to two adorable little girls, she joined us in 2022 to look after the group’s accounts. Véronique loves baking and picking mushrooms in the surrounding woods. You’re sure to come across her with her daughters or with documents under her arm between our three campsites!
Helmut
The campsite mascot
Helmut, our faithful mascot and emblematic campsite dog, is a real charming companion. He loves his master, petting and… barbecues! In the evenings, he never misses his rounds of the campsite, going out to greet the campers. But don’t worry, Helmut isn’t sad – he’s just a great comedian at heart! Today, Helmut is a slightly older dog, who prefers the tranquility of his garden and his well-deserved comfort. But he’s still the soul of the campsite!
vinzou
Mascot trainee
In the spring of 2024, Vinzou, an energetic young basset hound, joined the camping family. He has quickly learned the ropes, and with good reason: Helmut has been an excellent teacher! Vinzou is young, feisty and, like his grandfather Helmut, loves campers. Always ready to meet new people, he is Helmut’s worthy successor, ensuring that the warm and welcoming spirit of the campsite lives on. A charming new mascot, ready to melt hearts!
