The Col de la Forclaz, located just 20 minute drive from our campsites is a site world renowned for learning to paraglide or for taking a tourist flight.

Seasoned sportsmen and women, you will be put to the test on all of the famous Tour De France cycling routes such as ‘Le Semnoz’ and ‘Col de La Forclaz’ and also famous alpine hikes such as ‘La Tournette’. White water sports enthusiasts can indulge in rafting during their stay at Camping La Ravoire or Camping Les Fontaines. As you descend on the Isère, you will discover the sumptuous Savoy landscapes. The routes are suitable for all levels (from 8 years old) and the sensations are exceptional. This is the perfect activity to do as a group of friends or family.
This small winter ski resort allows you to practice many activities in the summer. The Semnoz site is particularly known for its exceptional summer toboggan run, 850 m long which is great fun for kids and adults alike. There is also Mini karting, Blackmountain (all-terrain scooter) or mountain biking available, providing a great opportunity for you to discover the mountain in an original and friendly way.
At the Col de la Forclaz, air sports are king and it is a favourite place for the practice of paragliding and hang gliding. The wonder awaits you with the discovery of Lake Annecy and the city of Annecy, seen from the sky on a tandem paragliding or hang-gliding flight. The Col is also a great place to stop and have a wander around for the views over the lake and the cute restaurants.
Lovers of hiking or looking for a beautiful short walk, take a route from the end of Lake Annecy that takes you into the heart of a lush forest. You enjoy an exceptional panorama offering views of the lake or the Duingt peninsula. At the end of the route, the Angon waterfall is revealed, a beautiful waterfall from a height of 60 m.
Canyoning is a must do white-water activity for everyone over the age of 8. There are a variety of course available according to age and level and you can choose either the Angon or Montmin canyon to discover. Jump, abseil and slide on natural slides and have fun in the water!

La Tournette represents the highest peak of Lake Annecy, culminating at 2351 m. This majestic mountain faces our 4-star campsites and is the ideal place for hikers looking for a great climb. Several hiking routes (different levels and walking times) are available, including one or two-day excursions. Unique panoramas to discover!
It is one of the highest peaks in Chamonix next to Mont Blanc. In addition to its cable car which allows you to climb up to 3,777 meters to discover an extraordinary panorama. Feel like getting the chills? Try the last attraction of the site: "step into the void"!
